If there is an issue with your item or you are unhappy with what you received, please send a message and we can discuss the best way forward. Contact me within: 2 days of delivery. Faulty items will be fixed free of charge.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and must use a Signed For or Tracked Postage method.
If the item is not returned in its original condition and via a secure postage method, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- My goal is to process all orders for dispatch within 48 hours.
- I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to account for receiving stock to create. Please consider the creation time and public holidays
- I use 1st Class or 2nd Class Standard postage, through Royal Mail.
LOST PARCELS & REFUNDS
In the unfortunate case that your parcel is lost in the post, I will do everything I can to open a case and resolve the issue with Royal Mail once their delivery window has lapsed.
If the case is not resolved. I will be happy to issue a full refund or offer a replacement item (if the item was custom made) or another item in our store if preferred.
